The "Static" part means that the heads don't flex...

Yes. Think its a good deal. They are not as refined as the full polish, but still pretty strong. I might bite.

I ordered these last week. They are "Craftsman Industrial" Ratcheting, USA made, but very very clunky. They work and the price is good, but meh.

coming up at $29.88 for the metric, and $19.88 for the SAE.
If there Very Very clunky, Thank you, I don't want them.
Don't need them either, lol...but you know how that goes.....lol.

I got a nice set of armstrong SAE that were a good deal on e bay a while back.
Seem like truck quality.

I wonder if they are even as good as the Pittsburgh Pro 7 piece ratcheting set? I just picked up a 7 piece set of metric PP ratcheting wrenches for $17 on sale. They are nice. I love using them.

I thought it was a good deal...obviously, the tools aren't what I thought they were...I don't have them, all I have is the "good deals" notice...
