Was wondering if anyone has this impact gun or have used it before. They "claim" it has a maximum of 711 ft pounds of torque. I have read the review and some and good and some are kinda iffy. Wanted to see if my fellow garage journal member would have any incite. I have the HF Earthquake impact which is great but looking for something a bit lighter haha.

Thanks Jordan.

They look very similar to the Matco and Cornwell impact guns. If they're the same then yea, they are really powerful. The only thing I don't like is the trigger is pretty much on or off.

Had it for about 2 years. Not a bad gun. Traded it in on my mg 725. It was ok for automotive work but didnt stand up to big trucks.

Can you please explain more on this... my main use for it would for small to bigger 40 foot busses. My HF impact hammers those lug nuts off no problem.

Well my gun wouldnt take lugs of a 4300 international. The last thing I rember I used it when I did rods and mains in a mack e-7. The power was seemed to never be there for mine. I know those lugs can be tight but the body guy took the same ones off the truck with his old snappy im 51. Just wasnt impressed with it for $175.

I think I might just buy it and test it out. If I don't like it I'll just return it. If anyone else has any input. That would be great

Got it today. Tested it on my car and a few other things. Tomorrow is the real test. I need to figure out how to upload a video

No Follow Up.

Nope. Either he was disappointed or couldn't figure out how to upload a video

Seriously though, aside from the two IR clones sold under the Craftsman Professional name in the late 1990's, there really hasn't been a stellar impact wrench under the Craftsman name. Most have been very weak products from Florida pneumatic. there are soo many better options out there.
