Those sets were $39 a couple weeks ago. They've been China for some time. In fact, if you look closely at the pic in that link you can see where Sears photoshopped the "USA" stampings off the wrenches.

The large-size topper set is still USA. It was recently $89:

i saw them on sale at 39 bucks in store. one set was for sure usa. the package said made in china, but im sure if i took the wrenches out they would say usa on the back. all of them were big ugly lobster claw and one pack was nice small open end. i almost bought them but already have a set.
