Everything but the ratchet looks like SO--the electrical tape must have covered up the 'craftsman' by mistake!:dunno:

That's what i figured as well, but it never hurts to ask. I'm glad i noticed would have been pretty disappointed to end up with a non snap-on ratchet. :lol_hitti

I was less polite. I outright asked him if he put the tape on there so he could "pretend" he didn't know it wasn't a Snap On ratchet. I'm kinda blunt like that.. Fla huh ? I wonder if he used to go by "Camarotoolman" :lol_hitti

Ya I just started buying/looking for tools on ebay, so at this point I have some patience to deal with the bull***t. But I'm sure that will all change in time. :eek7:

New soft grip eh, I guess the glue off the tap is for added grip? :lol_hitti

Interesting..lol..I like the single 12 point socket too. I'm gonna ask what the part number is on the ratchet.

What a ****. It's so blatant, I'm sure the buyer would stand a great chance of getting their money back but who wants the hassle.

Notice how all the other tools seem to fit their place in the box, but that ratchet is too short. That is most certainly a Craftsman R P ratchet.

I sell a lot of items on ebay for work, mostly estate items and small engine parts. I am not saying this is what happened, but sometimes I will sell an estate items that I have very little knowledge about. I will try to do some research and put a listing together with what information I find. Sometimes I get some of the information wrong.

It is obviously a Craftsman ratchet to all of us, but us tool guys live in a geeked out world here on Garage Journal, I bet half of you guys could tell me the part numbers for each one of those sockets with out looking it up :)
