Those are HIGHLY collectible and were only made for a couple of years-1989 and 1990, IIRC. Turns out they were VERY fragile and were quickly warrantied out of existence.
To give you some idea of how rare they are, I have collected ratchets for around 15 years, live between 2 major flea markets in the South (we still go in the Winter), and I've NEVER seen any available for sale there. In fact, I only learned that they existed from my dad giving me his collection of Craftsman tool catalogs-and one of these is on the cover of the 1989 version.
I bought a box of tools at a pawn shop a few years ago and it had a 3/8 and 1/4 version in the box, both of which were in like-new condition. I had planned to keep, but was laid-off back in June and thus I had to sell them. I tell myself that I'll find a few more, but past history at the flea market doesn't give me much hope.
FWIW, there was a slight difference between the two years they were produced. One version says "Stainless" on the handle and the other says "Lifetime". Of the two, I've read somewhere that the ones that say "Lifetime" was produced in far fewer numbers and thus is much rarer than the one that says "Stainless".
I'm also not sure if they made a 1/2 version of this or not. I'll have to get the old catalog out and check.

I have 4 or 5 of these ratchets and yes they do make them in 1/2" drive.
