That is more accurately called a "slow speed attachment".

You don't see those come up for sale very often! I needed a low speed conversion for my '50's craftsman but wasn't gonna pay through the nose to get one, so I made my own.

It's been over a year and I've probably used it a thousand times with no issues at all! It works great and I couldn't be more happy with it!
