Does anybody know where I can get an emblem like this? I need a couple. although mine is white and black, not polished. There's a bunch on ebay but not this style.
find the part # for the box, then the owners manual on managemylife.com, then look on searspartsdirect.com for the part #... if that doesnt work, google the p/n, see if anything comes up.
Hmm, I'll look for a part number when I get home. I was under the impression that sears wouldn't have anything for a box built in 1971 though. Maybe somebody knows how long they used that emblem? I can't seem to find that out either.
I think ebay is probably going to be your best if not only option. Hopefully they don't catch the same prices that the vintage snap on emblems seem to demand.
Sears parts. I would be shocked if they even knew they made more than one style of badge. Seriously, my success with them has been very dismal.
