I've been happy with the top, they have been going on sale quite often.

I think after coupons, the last sale I picked the top up for $250, ordered online, pickup in store.

I have those boxes. Pretty good deal. The absolute lowest I've seen them before coupons is $450.00 for the bottom and $250.00 for the top. Also they are the heavier duty ones. There's another 40" set that only has 50lb drawer ratings I think.

I just bought this same bottom box and top box on crags list for $500 for the set... Not a bad price currently. Haven't got to touch mine at all yet as it was close to where a friend lived so he went and picked it up and haven't gotten it to my house yet....

On that note I do agree the Harborfreight boxes have gotten pretty nice and if I was buying new I would prob get one of them instead. For me my workbench, cabinets, chests, compressors, is craftsman... The only thing I don't buy craftsman is power tools and air tools. I only buy Dewalt powertools, I think I just have a thing for stuff matching so I pick somethign I have been happy with and stick with it.

If you order them separately you can save $35 off the bottom and $20 off the top. Use coupon code SEARSHOTDEAL

As far as the boxes go I have the same top one and the 11 drawer version of the bottom. I have no complaints about them, other than a full width drawer would be nice. That just gives me an excuse to buy the middle chest at some point. While they aren't USA made, at least they aren't Chinese.

I've been thinking about splurging for that middle drawer and replacing four uselessly small drawers in a cabinet with that thing. Maybe when I'm a bit more flush...

I have this set up, it's great. The harbor freight set up is also good but it doesn't have the grip latch feature and the craftsman will probably have better resale value vs. the HF if you ever wanted to get rid of it.
