I have an older extremly good shape Craftsman roller cabinet. The only thing wrong is a pair of the drawer slides are worn out. I wonder if anyone knows how to order new ones and if needed where the model # on the box is??I am in canada as well.

A pic or two might help, however on all my Craftsman boxes the model number is on a sticker inside the top most drawer. Searspartsdirect seems to carry a bunch of different stuff, here is a link to some of the tool cabinet parts...

Also here is a link to a site that seems to have a bunch of info about who really makes the Craftsman products...

Does Craftsman warranty their cabinets like they do their tools? Could you return the box?

Thanks for the info on the warranty.....**** for me tho! I have a bottom roller and top that the coating had bubbled on and is flaking off. Only had the chest for 7/8 years. I think I might still try and take it in since it was obviously an issue with the coating.

There are no numbers or tags on the tool box. Does anyone know if there are universal slides that will fit this box?
