Craftsman Tool Chest Drawer Number ?

I'm fixing an older 40" Craftsman tool chest.... The bottom drawer is rusted out and I'm looking to buy a new drawer or drawer face. The sticker with the model number is worn.. Does anyone have a model number for a similar cabinet? This one is 16 1/2 x 22 1/2 x 5 3/4, and has the double slides on both sides...
