What brand/ color did you use for the gray?

Sauce: on a scale of 1 being easy and 10 something you might not want to do again how would you rate taking the drawers out and putting them back in after painting?
What is that blemish on the drawer handle 2nd from the bottom? It looks like a gob of something.

I'm currently also working on restoring an old tool chest, but always ended up with messy results (bubbling paint, rough surface) Ugh!
As for the wire wheel, any recommendation or will any brand work?

I know what you mean about messy results, I learned by trial error. Surface prep is the majority of the work. Oh, and waiting for the paint to dry COMPLETELY before shooting the next coat. The directions state to re-coat within an hour or AFTER 48 hours. Even though it seems dry after 24 or even 36 hours, if you apply another coat it will bubble or wrinkle up. I learned the hard way!
