I am not sure about the other stuff. But 50% can be misleading, as a lot of these things are never Regular Price shown.
But, some of the tool storage stuff is about the lowest they go. They go on sale at that price about 3-4 times a year holidays/fathersday/black friday etc.

I saw the 'mega sale' signage last night at the mall, but as our Sears now closes at 8 and it was 8:03, I couldn't go in and check it out.
