I thought it would be interesting and helpful for a thread on the different Craftsman Toolboxes styles and the date they were made. For those of us restoring an old Toolbox for reference. We could also start threads on other brands as well.

I am restoring my Grandfathers old tool chest. IT is the same model as the top chest (not the bottom roll away) in the pictures above. Not the 1950's model, but hte late 1960's model. I am trying to find a couple of drawer sliders (non-bearing types) to replace to old/damaged ones. I need the model number to find them. My box has a lot of rust and the date stamp is gone, but it is the same as above. Any help?

In an old 1968 Catalogue i found it as part/model number 99 KT 65282N... I got the catalogue from: http://www.roseantiquetools.com at the link above in this post. Thanks anyhow!
