^^^^So much this ^^^Man! Why does nobody ever say where they are located????
Serious answer is, it's worth whatever you can get somebody to give you for it. Or it's worth whatever you'll accept.
Location matters. Some stuff has more of a following in certain geographic areas, usually related to how many more of those there are in the area, or conversely, how rare your item is. I see a bunch of toolboxes like that, but smaller and maybe lacking the door, here for $20-25. What kind of shape is that one in? Does it all operate smoothly? Is the paint in the drawers all destroyed?

Thankyou for the information and reply !A few more pics would be helpful. I agree with the others that it is worth what someone wants to pay for it.
For example, I had a near perfect Craftsman Tombstone 65161 box. Really nice, nearly perfect inside and out. Took me 3 months to sell it. Sold it to an older guy who knew the box and wanted it for a vintage display. $100 is what I got.
Your box is a 6536 cantilever box. Pretty common but red is more rare. Most were that hammered grey finish like my box.
There is one that is in worse shape on eBay for $75.99. There are others that are 30 bucks but I would guess average would be $50 give or take to the right person.
FYI, there is no door, that is the cantilever top hinge we are seeing. It is a cool box, worth of restore. It was produced from the early '70's to just about '81 or so.
