Been wanted to get one of these for a while. I payed 5 dollars at a pawn shop. How did I do? Did I get taken? Its craftsman usa made

I think you got a pretty decent deal i think they are 15 brand new but not positive.

ya thats a good deal. I paid I think 17.99 plus tax. Look a little different though I think. The spring remover on mine is black. No idea if that affects performance

The new ones aren't made in the USA anymore, I don't think. I looked at them recently. If memory serves, they're now made in Taiwan.

they are a glut on the used market as more and more cars go to 4 wheel disc brakes, but They are still cool to have. I seem to buy them whenever I see then cheap enough, I have 6 or 8 or ten pairs...

I don't think you got taken at all, but if keep your eyes open I've gotten them for as low a a buck each.

It's interesting the different features one make has to another at times.

I have one of those---works well

I still get 4 wheel drum brake trucks in my shop...even some without self adjusters on 'em

I have the same one

Bought it many years ago, paid about $20.00 I think

I still have an old Ford Ranger with rear drum brakes so it gets used every once in a while
