Craftsman VA

New member here. I have tried to find information about Craftsman wrenches marked VA. That seems like it should be an easy task, but I have not been able to find any information. Can you help? Also, what year, markings dI'd Craftsman wrenches start being made in foreign countries. I have been thinking about a cheap hobby, and thought collecting a few older tools, and learning about them might be intetesting. Thanks for your help.

Are you sure it is not a V followed by an upside down V?

The V^ marked tools were made by Armstrong. I'm a big fan of those. Most of my wrenches are V^.
