Craftsman Versatrack Garage Organizer Versatility

[Master Caution]

I want to add some slatwall organization to my garage. I remember a Great Garage Makeovers magazine article on various brands and the pro/cons. I also remember that some were incompatible with others for add-on accessories. I would like to know if anyone is using the Craftsman Versatrack system and is it limited to the organizing accessories from Sears? If so, is there a better brand available?

I have the Craftsman Versatrack installed and have not found any other brand accessories that fit. I did my research ahead of time and knew this going in & purchased all of the accessories I could imagine ever needing. I am installed directly to concrete block wall with Tapcons. The system supports plenty of weight. I hang grass trimmers & blowers etc...

I have the rubbermaid version. It works well. I have two bars and need a couple more small things to finish them up.

Thanks for the input, great to know that it will work over concrete with Tapcons. Did you purchase your accessories directly from Sears or find them somewhere else?

Husky and Gladiator should work. I have gladiator system and have used both husky and craftsman accessories on it.

I bought a lot of the Craftsman track when they had the buy 1 get 1 for $7. I also bought a lot of the Gladiator hooks of varying types and they'll fit just fine.
