I just found these in the back corner of my garage my father left behind with a set of 2 others. Made in USA and are nice and shiny. 
Problem is its missing a piece at the end of the handle that holds down the adjuster. I'm sure I could craft some fork looking thing for it, but I'm curious if anyone has a set to show me what that piece should look like I'd really appreciate it.
