I aquired a craftsman 115-6774 motor that I intend to use as a drill press motor using the lower shat with a pulley to slow my drill press down to about 150 rpm’s..
A buddy just gave me a motor, said he don’t know if it works..
I took the base stand off of it and the wiring was already gonna be a mess..
Not knowing where to start, I took it apart and I’ve repaired all four wires to the best of my ability..
Maybe a reset missing.. maybe more?
Well I’ve searched for what is what on the internet.. the closest I’ve gotten is a similar post here on this site..
I was told to measure continuity
So I have and there is only continuity between two wires twice.. no other combinations..
