That is the cheapest I have seen the cordless ($16) I also had a $5 in points coupon if I bought something over the next few days. My corded has issues with the switch but the cordless has been flawless.

I have the 13 watt fluorescent and love it. It survived a 6' fall that I thought would break the bulb for sure.

The F15T8 for $24 looks good, rest of the stuff I think newer LED lights are coming soon that will be better.

I bought the cordless one last Black Friday for $14.**

The on/off button is very hard to push. I'm a big guy, strong, and I cannot turn it on/off with anything buy my thumbs. But it is bright, and I've definately gotten my money out of it...
