Craftsman Z driver?

Has anyone used the Cman Z driver? I have no immediate need other than tweaking mixture screws on my mcy. They are supposed to be adjusted with the engine running and doing the inner screws are difficult to do without burning my hands.

I was going to recommend this 72 tooth bit ratchet or the 3-piece bit ratchets (36 tooth), both made in USA. I'm thinking though, you might want more 'feel' to what you are tightening, and in that case I would go with the z-driver.
