Guys,
The wife relayed this to me tonight as she had to help a customer with a broken crafty industrial socket.
Of course bring in the broken tool. Also bring in the content list with the part numbers. Remember these tools are not in full line brick and mortar stores so finding part numbers can be tough. This also assumes the tool was purchased through sears.com or sears outlet.
She was able to contact danaher (Apex, bain capital or whatever it is this week) and get the replacement tool shipped to the customers home.
Perhaps the mods can make this a sticky?
