I just saw this ad. Had to read it twice. Unbelievable.

You need power tools? I need cash (Gold canyon)

Looking for someone to buy brand new power tools right off the shelf at half the price the store is asking. Profesional booster here in desperate need of some cash. As long as it fits in a 5 gallon bucket i can get it out of the store. No risk to you, have had lots of practice

I'm always seeing tons of NIB tools, especially Dewalt, on Craigslist. Assume that it's mostly stolen so I pass, but somebody is buying the stuff.

Girlfriends dad runs a pawn shop. If it's not on the recent "Be on the lookout for this stolen item" list that the local detective drops off, it's pretty much fair game. A lot of my DeWalt 20V tools, other power tools and some truck tools came from there along with the future son-in-law discount. Some of it's probably legit. All I know is if can get something close to his cost (which we all know pawn shops don't pay ****), I'm taking the cheaper route vs. paying retail at Lowe's, Home Depot or buying from some shady clown on Craigslist.

Those of you who don't frequent pawn shops, you'd be amazed at the amount of heroin addicts that come in and will take what little you're willing to give without haggling, just so they can get the money for their fix. It's truly sad. 9 times out of 10, it seems like they're pawning DeWalt power tools.
