Picked this up today through a craigslist ad. $500. Anyone into old Coke machines?

Needs some work though. Doesn't cool apparently. Seller said it was working when last used but it has sat for a few years. He didn't have the key so I need to figure out how to get it open. Maybe drill the lock out?

Look on Ebay, I bet you can find the key

Well I got it open. I succeeded in picking the lock and got it to partly open. The lock turned and released the top lock rod but the bottom rod was jammed because it had come unlinked from the lock crank. However I was able to fish a wire down and hook the bottom rod to lift it.

So proceeding to check it out, I plugged it in and the "exact change" light came on but nothing else. I spotted a thermostat and turned it and it started to run! After a couple of minutes it was putting out cold air! Woohoo!

Final test, I loaded some bottles and put in a dime. The "Have a Coke" disc lighted up, I opened the door, and pulled out a bottle. Tried it a few more times with a stupid grin on my face... Everything works!
