It's going to require a lot of cleaning. I would sand and repaint. $50 tops.

Based on the condition, somehow I doubt he has the key...

grab it. i passed on one for $150 like 6 years ago and haven't seen one that cheap since. get it and clean it up or do a little resto on it

For $70 that's a pretty good deal. Especially if it will fit your needs and you have no problem scrubbing it and maybe a little paint. Personally, I wouldn't mind finding a matching (black) Craftsman side box for my 40" box for $100. If you like it and can use it good score. In the future if you decide you no longer want it you should be able to get at least $50 maybe more if you pretty it up some.

Try searching craiglist for other ads using your pictures. Could be a scammer trying to rip off someone using your pics and description.
