I found on Craigslist, a used auto rotisserie with the hydraulic jacks on each end for sale. The owner, Stan, used it on his 64 Impala convertable, and it was getting in the way. Had to drive 3 1/2 hours each way to pick it up, but well worth it. Price - $500.
Best part, besides the deal, was meeting Stan, who was most gracious in showing my buddy and I his Chevy, barn and collectables. He was a real gentleman. Hope to see him at the Rhinebeck Goodguys later in the spring.
This deal and meeting Stan made up for all the wackos I have delt with over the past through Craigslist!

Great buy,
I paid about 850 for mine new 4 years ago. I just loan it out so it's not in the way since my Impala came off it. But can't stand the thought of parting with it. You never know when your going to need one.....

Sounds like a great deal. You can use it as much as you want, let your friends use it, then later sell if for more than you paid.

I have some attachments that came with it that they say should mate up to several types of cars, if not. no big deal to fab up some.
Storage is always a pain, they'll go in the shed with the other PIA storage items such as the engine crane and engine stand.
