So I'm checking out craigslist and find an add that says:

table vice grip - $15

solid metal vice grip, holes to screw into the table, is a bit rusted but a solid as any steel youll find.

With only the following picture:

To me it looks like possibly one of the smaller non-bullet Wilton's or something similar. I figure for $15 I may as we'll check it out. So after contacting the seller, and finding out we wouldn't be able to meet for a couple of days, I just tell him I'll take it for the $15 when he can meet.

When we do, he pulls it out of his back seat and I see:

When I talked to him (texted actually) I didn't ask for any markings or anything, as I didn't want new information to raise the price. I happen to like vintage Craftsman so I really couldn't be much happier about it. It appears to have no damage, just a little rust, and a restore in its future.

By the way, I wouldn't have found it at all if I hadn't intentionally misspelled vise, because I know some people do.

I don't know if I would call that "vintage" as it's only about 20 years old at most, but it looks nice especially for that price. I have the same vise brand new in the box that's been on the shelf now for about that long. After seeing yours, maybe I'll pull the thing out and take a closer look.
