Yes.
That's a good $250 to $300 deal in my area. Box is a nice bench box and the tools look like a good starter set or a good fill ins.
I if saw that in a house or business for that price that did not fit the income of the owner/seller, for that price I;d say it's stolen.
While a very good deal there is certainly something fishy with the price unless you know the seller very very well.
Even "dumb *** chemically altered dudes" aren't THAT dumb when it comes to selling a toolbox full of tools in most cases.

very good deal but it could be stolen.. That box alone is worth $200 or more.
yep, I've been needing a 26" top box really bad. Really happy.
no way this is stolen, the guy had a garage full of stuff at his place he needed to clear out and was not even close to the stealing type.
