" I guess next I'll be on the lookout for a 1965 Snap On catalog"

I bought one on ebay but it still has not shown up. I'll be glad to get you some copies of your toolbox when I finally get the catalog.

Nice work on the resto, by the way!

I've been thinking about cleaning up my box at work(fix dents, paint, ect.) and that wood grain gives me ideas:bounce:

Very very sad...:(

My first cam was a Crane Fireball for a small block chevy that went in a '55 Chevy Hardtop and a BW T-10 4-speed.

I'd like to think that this box is a tribute to the days when Crane was in its
prime and Harvey was still calling the shots. My first aftermarket cam was a
Fireball too. It soldiers on in the 57 Chevy I've had for 34 years now. Its been
thru a few sets of lifters, springs, timing sets, etc. Woefully ancient technology(by todays standards) but allows me to run pump gas with 11-1 compression, has the most wonderful nasty sounding idle and will run to
7200 rpm without complaint.

Thanks to all for the positive comments(your making my head swell) and
thanks to Wreckercologist for posting the 65 catalog pics, definitely on the
search mode now. Is the middle box mentioned at all in the 65 catalog?
