Either it's stolen, a scam, or someone doesn't know what they have and you're going to get the deal of the century. I'd be checking it out if it were local!

Is it the "Offer Up" app?
Saw a new Camaro offered for $400 on there....open the ad and get the rest of the story...HOOD ONLY. Bummer.

Possibly a prank by coworkers to blow up the owner's phone/email. That's an Epiq. Anyone who owns one knows what they have.

I've noticed quite a few scams on offerup. One telltale sign is if they ask you to email them.
