creating stickys

I was wondering if it was possible to place a sticky on the current Garage Sale therad in GTD as well as The Vises Thread and the Show us your Vintage Toolbox thread. They are usually always within a page or two as other topics come and go but these threads are continuous . I think they deserve a spot atop the page.

Good threads naturally rise to the top others die in time as it should be. You are free to bookmark or subscribe to threads that are important to you. What you think is important is noise to others.
