These were made by Wright and the gut kits will interchange.
I think they're a nice alternative to SK's.
They have 45 teeth, the same back drag and a smaller head.

Edit .. Crescent.

As opposed to the LT70 style, which looks SK?
Not my pics, came from the bay a while back.
Edit...oops, those are 1/4...
Seems like Powr-Kraft versions more common than actual Wright 2400, I've seen Xcelite branded versions too...the relabels seem to have a non-necked down handle, but the Wrights don't. Let me grab mine.

Here we go.
Im on the right page now.
SK 40970 (3/8 conversion)
Action (Thorsen) 17MA open gear
Wright 2400

The Wright and Action are close, Action wins by about .02" if you remove the metal dust shield. There was a vintage Blackhawk 1/4 rat with a tiny head, forget # but they command decent prices.

Oh nice.
I forgot about my little Action rat! They're pretty sneaky but the Blackhawk you're talking about is probably smaller.

Nice Crescent. I’m still waiting patiently to find one for the collection.

Sadly, I passed on a whole 1/4 Crescent set in the style Dave posted at an estate sale. It had shallow and deep sockets in a long yellow and black case, but was a bit on the rough side.

These are some Wright made 1/4 inchers posted in the ratchet thread.

Wright, Powr-kraft, Fairmount, Xcelite.

Wow.
Its now easier to imagine how Wright has survived all these years even though they're such a small company.
