Creepex creeper..

Looking @ a creepex floor creeper and would like some input from the Garage Journal folks, who's got one. Been saving for a few month's and should be able to snag one next week. Thank's for any input

the only thing is that they have that mini on what looks like 12 inch race ramps

everything else is suv/truck... you would have to have a low slung car up pretty high on some beefy jack stands to get underneath...and that price your over halfway to one of the harbor freight or similiar scissor lifts which would be alot nicer imho

I have to say, looks like a good idea to me but I will admit, I'm one of those guys who gets real paranoid being under a car on jack stands. Price wise they sure aren't giving those things away but from a safety/piece of mind stand point, it might be worth it?

It looks like there is a nice open spot that will result in your chest being crushed.

too rish for my blood, and to high of a profile also.

looks like you get some head protection, but your chest is exposed. id take the "death comes swiftly" creepers where it will look like Gallaghers mallet got your head if a car was to come down. i rarely have my whole body under a car, so the hip area protection wont do much good for me, which means the car would more than likely be on my chest/stomach and my head would be intact, and suffering through the ordeal.....

that said, i take every precaution i can, and dont see a car falling on me anytime soon.
