Yup it's 1 screwdriver that gives you 4 options, used to drive screws. One of many various tools they have put on the market at one time or another. A few other companies offer a similar product. There lot's out there in various forms, most don't T though, you have 4 in 1 and 9 in 1, even 10 in1, etc.

I have a whine about most 4 in 1 screwdrivers (6 in 1, 5 in 1, whatever). I want the two phillips bits to be on one reversable end bit, and similarly the two flat blades to be on one end bit. I have one screwdriver that is setup that way. It's whatever brand has an elk/buck/moose in it's logo. The other two I own (Klein and something-or-other) aren't. The one's I don't like have a small phillips/small flat on one bit, big phil/big flat on the other.
End of whine.

I think the overall factor with these is simply the convenience of having 4 screwdrivers in one, plus a make-shift nutdriver for the same sizes that the bit shafts are.

Buck Bros is the manufacturer of the double Phillips and double flat, I think. For roughly $3 a pop, they're surprisingly good screwdrivers.
Klein 10 in 1 and 11 in 1 have this arrangement. I prefer this also.

Yes. And they're still made in the U.S.A.-I have several just because of this.

Enderes 6-in-1's use the same style bit on each end in each shank .
P1 and P2 are on the same shank, etc.
Found in almost any mom-n-pop hdwre store across America. Less than $5.

I like the Xcelite FSD1 , and have them scattered about in all the cars, kitchen tool drawer, night table drawer (which lets face it is just another tool drawer).
It does have the annoying 'LumpyMusic' configuration, but I'd buy them again anyway.
