Crescent/Cooper Tools Screwdrivers

I needed some pozidrive drivers and found these NOS Crescent Cooper tools drivers. The handles are small but the fit and finish of the shafts look great.

Can anyone help give some additional info on these? Metal type, OEM, or experience using them? Is it a quality item?

they look like Xcelite's amber handles just in solid black. Should be good quality, they used to make all their products here in the US
