crescent lighting?

Still searching for lights and not having a lot of luck. I want the 8' 4 bulb T-8's, but do not want the ones at lowe's and home depot according to this site due to cheap ballast and RFI.

The only lights the local electrical stores carry are lithonia 8' 2-bulb and the other store carries crescent. Does anyone have any experience with crescent lighting?

Is there a good website to order the commercial grade lights from?
