They are owned by Apex, so probably similar in quality to Gearwrench or Sata. They have had interchangeable internals between their brands for many years, so I expect them all to perform the same.

I have a small 3/8” drive set I keep in the shed for chainsaw work and to take the dock out in the fall and in during the spring.

It spends a lot of time under water doing the dock, and hasn’t let me down.

I agree that it seems at least as smooth as any other Apex ratchets, but maybe not as good as my new Gearwrench. Works ok for what I paid for it, but it’s no SnapOn, Matco, or SK.

Better than my old US Craftsman ratchets.

I believe they are made in China. I had one that I bought a number of years ago at Menards on black Friday and it wasnt great.
It will get the job done for light DIY use but its not something youre going to use all the time and expect it to last long.

Taiwan or China as they sell a few different styles but they sell them cheap so I'm sure they are DIY ok but the heads are the older thicker style on some and the newer smaller heads on others so look at all of them before choosing.
