Just one store. Kitts Industrial Tool in Michigan. They have tons of NOS and close out deals in their bins. Always something different every time I'm there.

I originally thought it was going to be made out of the end of a Crescent wrench until I reread the title. Still cool though. I'm not sure I would need a comfort grip handle on a letter opener.
