I acquired an small industrial type ultrasonic cleaner and work like to know if it is feasibly or even possibly to repair myself.
the unit shorted out after the heating element hardware vibrated loose and the elements dropped to the bottom of the tank.
some of the wires to the signal receiving "transducers" mounted on the tank have melted and the wave generator blue a fuse. I replaced the fuse.

I was wandering if I could just solder on a complete new harness to each of the receiving "transducers".

I don't see why you can't give it a try, but keep in mind that these are highly tuned circuits. If one transducer is cracked/damaged worn out it'll throw off the entire circuit. Transducers are usually matched sets and it's unlikely you'll be able the replace individual transducers and achieve the same performance of the unit. The torque that's applied to the fastening of the transducers is also a critical factor to the tuned circuit.

Ultrasonic cleaners are electro/mechanical devices and as such, performance degrades over time. Even if you get it to cavitate, it might not pass the foil test.

New no name ultrasonic cleaner are quite affordable these days and replacement is probably a better option.

Your post is rather confusing, the heat is mounted on the outside of the tank so there is no way the hardware can fall to the bottom of the tank.
