Hello my fellow garage journal friends
Bree here with Cripe again. I had a member a few weeks ago ask to see some photos of our warehouse(s). I couldn't wait to round up some photos and show all of you. It definitely wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. I wish in one photo (somehow) I could show you everything we have. All of the product, our warehouses, our containers, and some of the beautiful property our warehouses reside on. I may not be able to show you in just a photo but here's a few I thought would be a great start. We currently have 11 warehouses stuffed to the brim full of product. 37 containers that are all full as well. All in all I would say we have 170,000 square ft. The first few photos you are going to see is what I call home base. We all work here where all of your orders are taken, printed, and packed. You will get to see the packing area in one of the below photos. Your orders are printed and sent out into the warehouse where they are pulled and packed. This is how we get you all the best shipping price. We check orders twice before they leave to make sure they are correct and do our best to make sure no items were forgotten. We have multiple rooms in our home base. Some of you may notice these "locations" on your orders. We keep track of every room and what product is located where. We have our main office where locals stop in to pick up their local pickup orders. This is where the phones are located as well as our desks. I spend the majority of my time up front answering all of your calls and emails. I will attach the first few photos of our home base. If you have any questions let me know.

This next photo is another of our warehouses located in Kuna. We have a lot of product kept off site so everyday we are leaving and driving to these others locations to pull items for your orders. Some of our warehouses are pretty spread out but we need the room to keep getting in the products so we can continue to give you the best deals. I hope you guys enjoy these photos and please feel free to ask questions. If you want photos of anything in particular, let me know. I do spend all of my time here at our home base but will definitely get any photos wanted with some time.Thank you all so much for being some of the absolute best customer's we could ever ask for. We would not have made it this far without you. -Bree

I am embarassed to say I had never heard of Cripe Dist. until I was researching some zero offset ratcheting wrenches a few weeks back and your ebay ad popped up with some pretty good prices.

I ordered the SAE and Metric sets and they arrived promptly to my doorstep and I am very happy.

Thank you.

Mike.

Thanks for the pictures and info!

Still no complaints from me about Cripe and their great staff. I currently have a shopping cart full of more tools I'll be pulling the trigger on soon. No matter how many orders I put in, something new or needed for work pops up.

I saw this thread when it was first posted. So today, I needed some router bits and thought of Cripe. Not shown on the web site but I thought they might have what I needed and it just wasn't listed. I call a little after 11 am our time and was surprised that they were closed for lunch. I couldn't find anywhere on the site about CS hours. I think the recording said they were out for an hour or maybe more.

I think it would be a good idea for Cripe to list their hours. I just defaulted to Amazon to get the order going. I'll try and remember Cripe next time a need comes up.

BTW, if you're listening @ Cripe, I was looking for a corner beading bit with a 5/16 ths dia. bead (5/32 radius). Did you happen to have that? I'm sure I could have saved some money if you did.

I apologize we were out for lunch. We do state our hours on our voicemail and messages are always checked right after lunch. We take a half an hour lunch starting at noon MST. Please feel free to leave me a message and I will always call you right back. I wouldn't be surprised if you still bought from us on Amazon ☺. Everything we do have for sale is listed. If you do not find what you are looking for please feel free to check back regularly as we are always getting in new products weekly. -Bree

Hi guys, Thank you for supporting us thru the years. We are going to offer Garage Journal Members a 20% discount on our website. This is our first time to EVER offer this discount. Because a 20% discount code is not set up in our website, we will take your orders thru an email, phone in, place your orders in your shopping cart and we can pull them from there, or place the order directly on our site and we will refund you the discount. Keep in mind that our shipping is not always able to calculate shipping in flat rate, we will always refund any excess shipping paid. This offer is good from now till Friday November 28th at midnight.

We just wanted to some how thank you all for all the kind things you have been posting about our company over the years and wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving!

We will be off on Thursday but please feel free to call us on Friday with any questions or orders and we will be happy to help you all.

So, it sounds like a golden opportunity for someone to purchase an ultimate set of Armstrong tools from Cripe. Let's try to figure the cost.

Armstrong 15-005 Ultimate Master Tool Set with Industrial Box = $8500 plus shipping.

$8500 x 20% = $1700
$8500 - $1700 = $6800 plus shipping

I would have to say it looks like the best deal on a top quality made in USA tool set with industrial storage I have found so far today.
