Crisis Center TV

I have an older TV in the Mens Crisis Center I want to get a bigger and nicer TV something in the 25" range flat screen. I live in MN so it does get cold in my garage in Jan when the heat is off.

What kind of TV can I use? LCD, Plasma etc..... without damaging it

You can probably use any kind of TV if you don't use it when the temps are really low, and if you have an insulated garage.
My garage is insulated and not heated. My weather is a bit colder than yours. Last Fall I put a computer out in the garage with a LCD monitor. It was not used all winter, but this Spring I fired it up once to change internet settings when I changed internet providers. The LCD worked OK. I don't know if it will work again next year, but it worked once after a winter in the garage unheated. My garage drops to the low 20s and upper 10s in the winter when I don't heat it.

I'd just give it a try. Buy something cheap. Consumer electronics is disposable junk anyway.

Thanks, yah in the winter the Crisis Center is warmed up before I go out, I think I will try it. And its fully insulated so it really never gets that cold.
