Cromwell Wrench guaranteed?

I do love finding things that are new to me. I dig through boxes of wrenches a couple times a week, so I'm never more than a couple days from a new question. I am way better at finding the answers now, but I'm not always sure where to look for the answer about this one.
I have a long 11/16. Marked on one side :
29 CORNWELL USA CW-2222L and 11/16
The other side is the puzzle. Its just stamped "NOT Guaranteed"

why would that need to be stated?
I think this is a first for me. I have seen many "limited warranty" but this is straight to the point.

I had a 9/16 like that. I only figured that since it was such a long wrench, it may bend or break easier.

I have a few Not Guaranteed tools as well. Most have some feature that makes the tool weaker or more likely to break than the normal styles. My Snap On 5/8 Chrysler fluid drive wrench is one. Very long and thin, almost sure to break if pushed hard on a really stuck fastener.

Probably a partial attempt to keep the user aware that they shouldn't just wail on it because the replacement won't be free!

That is probably one of the most reasonable and logical conclusions I've heard so far!
