CROSBY WIRE PULLEY WITH “GA E3B” HOIST HOOK W/SPRING LATCH ?

Can anyone tell me what I have here? I've completed some online research and I'm not sure exactly what the correct name is for this Crosby Pulley. The only markings are on the Hook which are "Crosby E3B" on one side and "GA" on the other side. The Pulley has no markings.
The best I can figure is that it is a "Wire Pulley with a Crosby "GA E3B" Hoist Hook with a Spring Latch". I think the Hoist Hook may be rated for 3 Tons?

That looks exactly like the pulley hook from a cable come-a-long. Maybe a ton or so?

Wouldn't find a Crosby on a come-a-long....That hook cost more than a 4 ton come-a-long.

I just found a posting on EBAY that is similar. The Crosby Hook has different marking of "D3B" and "3".

This vintage Crosby swivel hook wire rope pulley block is in good working condition. It has a number 3 stamped on the hook but I think it's a 1 ton. You can be the judge on that by the pictures. The shaft of the hook is 9/16" diameter.
