Its time for the oil change and inspection on the 2004 CTS. Its got 90k on it, so time for a oil and filter change. I figured I would inspect the brakes and plugs also. I can get 3 plugs out without removing the intake. Do I need a special tool for these vacuum lines?

I would try a pic but they are pretty brittle
Also, when removing the intake can you easily remove the felt before removing the intake or do they come off together.

Time for new rotors, can't see it that clearly in the photo, but the vanes are starting to crumble and fall out. I think I'm going with r1 concepts, seems most people on the caddy forums run them.
Also the best jack in the world. An old double scissor from 87 nova with a 1/2 drive added for impact use.

the nose of the part that slides in to disengage is to long to even start it.
