CT Maximum 1/2 metric (incomplete) deep socket set for $30. Good deal?

The 8, 10, 11 will probably see little use (in that drive size), and its missing 16, 18 and 22, which are important. The price is cheap but I would rather look for a deal on a no-skip set, with bigger sizes.

10-24mm no skips, deeps only. I’ve seen it go on sale every few months for $50. I’d call it quite a good deal for that.
It’s better to have a metric only set than an mixed metric / SAE that is really just two incomplete sets (and that is a lot of the others sold at this price point). My only complaint is that I’d rather see a 27, 30, and 32mm in there rather than the extensions. But even if the extensions were just removed from the set it would be hard to find better for $50.

This is the set I got after acquiring my impact wrench. It's 10-24 mm and no skipped sizes and made in Taiwan. It cost about the same as a smaller set (like Harbor Freight) plus buying extensions. I paid about $38 at the time. Anything larger than 24 mm will be purchased separately for the job and really only if I have to change an axle which isn't very likely anyhow.

Yeah its a good deal. Theyre pretty good sockets tbh. Unless you want to wait for the no skips set.
Thanks for the heads up. I didn't open the packaging for the original post's set and kep the receipt. Will return them tomorrow and pick up the no skip set.
