OK, I've got one of these and all it does is blink when I pull the trigger. Its brand new. Is their a way to reset it or something? I love Snap-on tools and dont want to have to throw this back at my dealer.

In the user manual it specs what the different blinking lights mean.

Two white flashes sounds like the gun itself is faulty.

We have had 4 fail in our workshop in as many weeks. They all are using these dust/boot covers , and they keep finding oil in the boots like the batts are sweating? Odd

There are no boots for the 7.2 or 14.4 series.

Sounds like a dud escaped the Chinese QC department. If its dead out of the box have him order you a new one, no reason for you to wait on warranty if you couldn't even use it. Or maybe talk him into a discount if you do wait for the warranty ;).

Is it the impact or the drill? The CT761 is an impact, but your title says drill. If it's the impact and the LEDs blink, sounds like either the trigger took a **** or something locked up internally. If it's the drill, the trigger probably took a ****.
