Doing a search for "cubicle wall panels" turns up a multitude of places. Also you may want to check where you work to see if they have any they are willing to get rid of. In this day of "5S" a lot of companies are unloading everything that is not in use.
On the other hand, have you thought about making your own. A 2x4 framework with some thin panneling over the top, then cover it in a tweed or some of the different styles of indoor/outdoor carpet. Homemade would probably be way cheaper than a purchased panel. Just a thought.

Instead of carpet use a welding curtain material and put it on casters, then it can be dual purpose.

Check the local used office furniture store, your best bet. I used to work at on in KC metro we hadled tons of them.
