what is the difference between the cummins tool sale and harbor freight? everything looks the same except everything i got from the tool sale was scratch and dent

Cummins Tools doesn't exist anymore. They had to change their name 3-4 years ago because the real Cummins obviously had some issues with it.

I bought a small cummins tool kit off ebay strictly for the barring tool (the barring tool cost as much as I paid for the whole kit). I was figuring the tools would be throw aways and when I got the kit was pleasantly surprised to see all the tools were US made K-D brand. I don't know how old this kit is but it looks to be from the 90's some time.
I don't know if this has any relevance to your question but just thought I'd share.

I havn't been to one in a while but the Cummins circus comes to the VFW about twice a year. Harbor Freight we have to drive to Evansville for.

When the **** you bought from cummins breaks, they are long gone. At least with Harbor Freight you have a store to return it to.

Around here Cummins had stores very much like HF, the tools were of the same quality as HF as well. They have all closed in the last 2 years.

Cummins sells those cool chinese pellet rifles, and HF does not. Also, Cummins tools are blue instead of orange.

Cummins= Speedway Speedforce something like that for their power tools I think.

i never knew there was one in minneapolis. interesting to say the least.

i may have to take a trip there for the hell of it.

i use to go to the cummins sale once in a while, there was a 10000 pound winch there for $95 which is an insane price!!!

i stand corrected. i beleive those must be new stores. would explain why i did not know about them.
