I'm hoping someone can help me. I picked up a curtis air compressor it has a 3 phase motor that i'm converting to a single phase motor. Well as i was pulling the pulley off the motor I cracked a peace off the pulley. So I've been looking all over for a new or used one and not having any luck. Would anyone know were to get a cast 8inch double belt pulley with a 1 1/8 shaft?

You should be able to pick up an electric motor sheave at almost any electrical supply house. The oilfield supply house here carries sheaves for all of the different electrical motors that are used in the oilfield.

Hope this helps you!

Does your sheave have a fixed bore or does it require a type QD bushing? There should be a p/n stamped into the sheave somewhere. McMaster-Carr, GM-Industrial, IDC-Store, Grainger, Motion Industries, and many other places carry these sheaves.
