There is a brand new Curtis Model 6DG5B duplex compressor on craigslist in my area for $1500. It has a 60 gallon tank on it. I can't find anything on the Curtis website for this model. Can't even find a 60 gallon at all for that matter. Anyone know where I can track down some info on it? It has two Baldor motors tag rated at 1.5HP each.

So further research says this is a "climate control" model at comes from the factory set at 80 PSI. Does anyone know if this could be changed?

You must live near me (Central, AR). I saw this on craigslist and googled the model number to see if I could find any specs and this thread popped up.

Yes, Central AR.

After more research, the price is really high for our area even if the max PSI could be raised.

It is a climate control unit. It is not setup to be used as a normal use compressor.
Low pressure, single stage, they work great for large HVAC systems. You start raising the pressure the faster they are going to wear out.
